What To Bring To Practice
What Youth Should Bring to Cross Country Practice
Running Shoes
Please wear a pair of running shoes (no spikes or walking shoes). Your shoes should be comfortable, but they don’t need to be expensive. Avoid running barefoot or in socks to prevent injury.
Clothing
Wear comfortable clothes likes shorts, a t-shirt, and socks. Fancy clothes are not necessary — just keep it simple and practical.
Water
Be sure to drink water before and after your run to stay hydrated. Sports drinks are permitted as well.
All Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
