What To Bring To Practice


What Youth Should Bring to Cross Country Practice

  • Running Shoes

    • Please wear a pair of running shoes (no spikes or walking shoes). Your shoes should be comfortable, but they don’t need to be expensive. Avoid running barefoot or in socks to prevent injury.

  • Clothing

    • Wear comfortable clothes likes shorts, a t-shirt, and socks. Fancy clothes are not necessary — just keep it simple and practical.

  • Water

    • Be sure to drink water before and after your run to stay hydrated. Sports drinks are permitted as well.


All Practices are Tuesdays and Thursdays.
